I used to use My Apps, but now I have too pay? My Apps was the same thing as this, but it was free to use. These people deleted it and made the same thing with a fancy name and made it cost money. Disappointment.

First thing in your face is a request for payment. Immediate delete almost. If I can’t figure out how to try it without paying, you’re done.

I hate this app once you use it you can’t delete it or any of your other apps

I used to always use this app, however one day I accidentally deleted it and so I re-downloaded the app,and I couldn’t get into the app because I did not have premium. Is there anyway I can get in the app without having to get premium? P.S. I absolutely love the app, I’ve also recommended the app to many of my friends and family however their having the problem as well.

I don’t even know if this app is good or bad cause I didn’t even get to use it!!! I made up my password and then it asked me if I wanted to get free premium... first of all, shouldn’t it be free?? But that wasn’t the problem, I didn’t want to pay for it, so I started looking for an X or something to close it, well guess what... NOTHING!!! You can’t even leave that screen to use the app!

I was excited to use this app because it was free on iTunes only to find you have to pay monthly?

Most apps back up to iCloud and all apps have this capability, so forcing users to buy that protection for their files is greedy and could potentially be a major concern if the user does not have a recent enough manual back-up. This safety precaution is a basic feature that should be free with the download. In-app purchases should be limited to features such as more customization and storage space, not peace of mind that your files are safe in case of a lost or damaged phone.

What a con. They force you into buying their upgraded package. If not you can’t access your account any longer. Don’t waste your money

This app is free when u get it but then you can’t get to the point of the app until you pay for the premium... I don’t want the premium because I was only going to put like 1-2 things it is! I don’t need the whole package but it wasn’t let me go through without paying for it. WHAT THE HECK!!!

Loved this app before you updated it (which is worse now) and started charging folks. Plenty of other free apps that people can choose over this one that are just as good. Byeeeee greedy developers....

I had to wipe my Iphone and do reinstall so I decided to pay for the in-app cloud backup option. When I reinstalled the app could find no way to get my data back. When I tried “restore purchases,” got an error message. Zero way to get tech support. What a scam.

Hello. I like the app very much. I kind of miss the old design but that is not my concern. Something has happened to the notes so that when you go to select a place to put your cursor, it won’t go where you put it or it highlights words instead. It used to work really smooth. The notes are the main reason I own the app. So please fix this. Also when I got the app it would let me see the break-in photos but now it says I have to pay for that. Upsetting. Please help me with the notes. Love the app though. Thank you!!

Love the reliable app

I had this app when it first came out and it was free and worked great. Now that it has been taken over an supposedly upgraded, my free photos that I had cannot be accessed because I am not paying the fee. This kind of customer service should be a warning that greed is more important than the original customer base. I’m sure that the good rating this app has was from when it was free.

It didnt let me not go to Premium so I was forced to buy it and then I had to go and cancel the trial. But other than that its great :)

wont let you use the app even if you bought pro in the past, you HAVE to pay for a subscription to get past the opening screen.?

I still have the app on my phone but why’d you guys stop supporting it?

I like many other people here purchase the full version of this app years ago, now since updating to to ios 11 the app no longer works so I have now lost everything. The new version of the app doesn’t give you access to the old version and the pricing is beyond a rip off. Will be contacting apple to file a complaint against this company.
