After downloading this last version, the apps looks normal, but after you introduce the secret code to open all notes, the app shows a BLACK SCREEN !!! I am waiting to fix this horrible bug.

If I could give it a 0 stars I would when it askes you to make a pen when you do it first and then redo it it says they don’t match a couple times before it will work and then what you go to right after that it says you can have a 7 day free trial but then you have to pay to use it I don’t have a card on my apple account so it won’t let me have a free trial Bc I’ve tired on other apps I’ve used on both of my iPhones I’ve ever had so what’s the point of making it free in the App Store if you have to be able to pay them money bc of apps like this is why I won’t have a card on my apple account bc whose to say the “7 day free trial” they don’t charge you for I’m not saying this app does that but I have had a “free” app do that to me so if I was to be able to see how the app works I might be able to rate it better bc when you have the friends I do they some nosy people on my phone and it’s not like I’m trying to hide everything it’s only one app I need it for there I would like to rate this a 0 but it won’t let me so I rated a 1 please make a version of this app that works and is truly free like it says in the App Store

They deleted my notes ,and now want money?

If you have the app and it starts messing up like crashing, then you shouldn’t uninstall. I did and reinstalled and now I have to pay before I can even access my personal files, there is no way to get into the app without paying

APP isn’t free, so before you download getting excited thinking it’s free, nope. Sadly like all company’s are getting, this app is the type where you gotta buy a stupid subscription. Hopefully the devs rot in hell :)

When I put in the code, it just disappears and shows a blank grey screen. Please fix

Latest update secretly reduced total pics allowed to be saved before directing (forcing) you to subscribe to their premium cloud service. They have been greedy before and did a similar act where the original version was better than the updated one, where they took away features in the update. The developers are always trying to squeek more cash out of it’s customers... Looking elsewhere, last straw for me.

Never ever use this I lost all my picture from almost 10 years no COUSTMER service you will never able to reach anyone

I was disappointed. You can only save 20 files and it doesn’t matter whether they’re photos, passwords etc. Once you hit that 20 mark youre then prompted to pay a subscription fee of 2.99 a month. I wouldn’t have minded paying a one time fee but I’m not interested in a monthly subscription.

This is not the first time this company (Mobile Bros) has had this app. In fact the first one before this was exactly the same. All they did was have the same thing here previously, it worked well for awhile then they gave it a update that went straight for your wallet. Since then, they got a ton of well deserved bad reviews, they deleted that version off the App Store, effectively shafting everyone who used it, then uploaded this older version with minor changes. Because of their overwhelming lack of care for the customer buying their previous app, I’m (along with others) permanently locked out of many precious photos and information I thought would be at least safe on their app as it promised. Unless you enjoy this treatment, I would advise against using this app. It’s simply not worth your time.

It says the subscription wouldn’t start for a free days so I can just check out the app but my credit card was charged already? Let’s fine that.
