You can only save a very limited number of items (20) before you are prompted to upgrade at a cost of $3/month. Each individual file, note, or photo within all folders counts toward the 20-file maximum. I’d consider buying this for a one-time charge but not for an auto-renewing subscription fee since I have no use for the included remote backup feature. Very bad business model.

I forgot my password so I sent a reset link to my email but the link they tell me to go to change my password doesnt work. Its not even clickable. I tried copying and pasting it to my browser but it still doesnt work... Now I dont have access to my pictures.

The app made me pay No matter what happened.

I paid for the premium version and have a lot of pictures on my app. After updating to IOS 11, I cant access my photos anymore. Cant even open the app. It says developer needs to update the app to be compatible with IOS 11. PLEASE FIX Update: Ive been reaching out to the developer for weeks now and still NO RESPONSE. Wish I could give them zero stars.

The app is wonderful and I love the decoy passcode feature! This is perfect for anyone who wants to hide their personal documents from anyone looking on their phone. It makes me feel like an evil scientist hiding all my plans. Mwhaahaahhaaa

First they made an update that just made the app worse in a clear attempt to make some cash off it. Now I can’t even use the app without it crashing within five seconds, two of which must be used closing out their “purchase upgrade” pop up that always pops up after opening the app. I’m very disappointed about this, mainly the crashing, because I thought this app was safe enough to store some important information and photos of mine. Would rate lower but I can’t rate lower than one star, I’m sure others’ reviews shows the “quality” of this app.

The “my apps” app was great. Now, it doesnt work with 11 and everything I saved is gone. This new version doesnt cross over. Lame

What happen to My apps. You made a new app but won’t up date My Apps. All of my photos and passwords for every bill and everything else in between is on My Apps and I cant get in because the developer won’t up date iOS 11. I am more then happy to update to S Apps I just CAN NOT loose all my log ins and passwords. I need to pay bills and get into things. This is beyond frustrating.

I was happy that I finally found a vault to lock my apps but then you had to PAY $20 EACH MONTH !!!!

2017/11/19 Do not bother. The Mario Bros are clueless developers. I updated the app today and it overwrote / deleted all the pictures i had. Yes i know. If i had purchased their Premium service i could have downloaded them off the cloud. This app is not worth your time or money. Shop elsewhere. I am deleting it after this. My previous review: I had this app for many years. It was never updated. Worked perfect. Could write the folks n they never responded. I figured they were dead. Now out of nowhere the app has an update and it destroyed the entirety of what I had not to mention completely changed everything. Thank goodness I only updated one device. Now we no longer can open multiple tabs. You can only open one tab. When you first open the app with its new orange background it doesnt open to the page you left off with. Your browser resets to nothing upon closing. Seriously I dont think the folks that built this app originally are even around. They must have sold it to someone else and they were required to change it so it was nothing like the original. Look elsewhere folks. Otherwise do not update.

I literally just got this app, and I was really excited (except about the in-app purchases) because I really need a place to store my secrets. But I really liked the idea, so I got it. Immediately after downloading it, I chose the pattern lock. I made my pattern and it told me to repeat that pattern. Ok, I thought; this should bring me to a typing area, Did it? No, It asked me for in-app purchases and there was no way I could exit it! Absolutely appalling, but I’m giving two stars because of the idea.

This is definitely the best secret vault app I could find that isnt too reliant on paying. Much more useful features I wish the other ones I was using before had. The only thing I wish was changed is an app disguise like a calculator, or at least the option for it.

Since the IOS 11 upgrade I am unable to open this app. I have so many personal pics that I cant retrieve. Someone please help!!!

Paid for previous version. Employer forced upgrade to ios11, lost irrecoverable photos. I’ve contacted dev3 times, no response. You’ve lost my trust and my business. I’ve already purchased another product, cut my losses.

Ive updated my phone to 11.0.3, then I cant use My Apps anymore! I have all my data saved there! please please please please please please please please please help help help help help help
