After 5 months waiting for support I cancelled my Subscription

You sign up for Premium and you think you would get attention.
Not the case. After 5 months still waiting for an answer (I am patient) I ended up cancelling Premium.

I got a response from Support something like "are you surre you have the premium version" ... I sent other messages but never heard back from them, so I decided to stop wasting money and cancel.

Go with the free app, do not sign up for Premium.

*In case anyone actually reads this, I have two Apple IDs in different stores, but I decided to leave this note on both, to help you guys make an informed purchase decision on either.
